SC: Automatic Vacation of Stay After Six Months Requires Re-Consideration - 27.09.2023

Supreme Court has observed that its order in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency v. CBI (MANU/SC/0308/2018
) directing automatic vacation of stay granted by any court including High Courts after 6 months and reiteration of the same in its 2020 order (MANU/SC/0871/2020
), requires serious consideration.
