Cal. HC: There Must be a Balance Between Religious Freedom U/A 30 and Overwhelming Public Interest - 26.09.2023

Calcutta High Court in a case wherein petitioner argued that high-tension overhead line has rendered it impossible to run an educational institute for religious minorities, has held that petitioner’s right to religious freedom can’t gain precedence over larger public interest.
