MP HC: In Absence of Allegations of Annoyance and Obscene Words, Section 294 IPC Won’t be Attracted - 26.09.2023

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that he absence of allegations of annoyance and alleged stated words to be obscene words cannot attract the charge under Section 294 of IPC; merely stating that accused hurled abuse is not sufficient to attract rigor of Section 294 of IPC.
