P&H HC: Offence u/s 295A won’t be Attracted if Act done Without Malicious Intent - 25.09.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that Section 295A of the IPC penalizes only those acts of insults or attempts which have been perpetrated with a deliberate and malicious intent so as to outrage the religious feelings of a particular class/community.
