Guj. HC: Elected Members Must Not Disrepute the Institution to Which they are Elected - 25.09.2023

Gujarat High Court has held that it is expected from the elected members that they must ensure that no conflict arises between the public duties and their electoral interest and they should not do anything that brings disrepute to the institution to which he is elected or affect its credibility.
