SC: Can File Complaint Under Repealed FERA Provisions During Sunset Period After Enforcement of FEMA - 25.09.2023

Supreme Court has held that Officer appointed under repealed provisions of FERA has competence to file complaint for the offences punishable under the Act before the expiry of the sunset period of 2 years provided under Section 49(3) of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA).
