SC: Award Shall Not be held Invalid Merely Because it Doesn’t Measure Up in Quality to Legal Mind - 25.09.2023

Supreme Court while observing that an award which doesn’t measure up in quality to a legal mind wouldn’t be held to be invalid on this score, has held that at times decisions are taken acting on equity and such decisions shouldn’t be overturned on ground that arbitrator’s approach was arbitrary.
