SC: Need to Have a Code of Investigation for Police - 25.09.2023

Supreme Court has observed that it is high time that a consistent and dependable code of investigation is devised with mandatory and detailed procedure for police to implement and abide by during course of their investigation so that guilty don’t walk free on technicalities.
