MP HC: S.375 Marital Sex Exemption Also Provides Exemption Under Section 377 of IPC - 22.09.2023

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that Section 375 IPC includes all possible parts of penetration by penis and when due to marital sex exemption, the consent of wife becomes immaterial; there is no scope that offence of Section 377 IPC would be attracted against husband.
