All. HC: Court Can’t Mechanically Reject Application for Waiving Off Cooling Period u/s 13B of HMA - 22.09.2023

Allahabad High Court has held that Family Court can’t reject the application for waiving off the cooling period for divorce prescribed under Section 13B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in a mechanical manner.
