Kar. HC: Acquittal Order Can’t be Put in Challenge by Stranger to the Case - 22.09.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that a fresh investigation upon acquittal or conviction of the accused cannot be ordered for an askance by persons who were neither victims, complainants, witnesses or in any way associated with the criminal case in question.
