Del. HC: Cost Accountants and Chartered Accountants Not Similarly Placed Under Law - 22.09.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that Cost Accountants and Chartered Accountants are not at all similarly placed under law and are governed by two independent statutes, has held that employers can give preference to one over the other in matters of public employment based on requirements of the job.
