Del. HC: Circumstances Along with Age Important to Determine Intelligent Preference of Child - 20.09.2023

Delhi High Court has held that while considering the intelligent preference of a child to appoint its guardian, not only the age of the child but also the surrounding circumstances of the period of separation and reasons stated for disinclination to meet the parent also assume relevance.
