Del. HC: Family Court Can’t Grant Divorce on Ground of 'Irretrievable Breakdown of Marriage’ - 20.09.2023

Delhi High Court has held that Family Courts have to restrict their considerations to the parameters of the provision of grant of divorce strictly in accordance with Hindu Marriage Act (HMA), and therefore can’t grant divorce on ground of irretrievable breakdown of marriage.
