Del. HC to State: Don’t Publish Jobs on Rozgar Portal Which Don’t Comply with Minimum Wages Act - 20.09.2023

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government to ensure that no advertisement is published on the Rozgar Bazaar portal which is non-compliant with the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
