Bom. HC: Motor Accident Victim can Claim Compensation from One of the Joint Tortfeasors - 19.09.2023

Bombay High Court has held that in cases of composite negligence, the law permits a motor accident victim to sue one of the two joint-tortfeasors, and such a claimant cannot be forced by the Tribunal to seek relief against the other joint-tortfeasors also.
