Kar. HC: Sites for Civic Amenities Cannot be Sold - 19.09.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that civic amenity sites are not mere parcels of land, but integral components of the urban landscape that directly impact the quality of life of residents, therefore, civic amenity site at the most can be leased and there cannot be outright sale.
