P&H HC: State Must Ensure Proper Care to Person in Custody who has Suicidal Tendencies - 19.09.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that it is the duty of the State to ensure that sufficient care has been extended towards person in custody who has suicidal tendencies, and an extra watch should be kept so that he would not be successful in his attempts.
