Del. HC: Accused Entitled to Default Bail if Prosecution Files Preliminary or Incomplete Chargesheet - 18.09.2023

Delhi High Court has held that right of an accused to default bail under Section 167(2) of CrPC would arise in a case where the chargesheet is not filed within the stipulated period, or if prosecution files a preliminary or incomplete chargesheet.
