Ker. HC: Legislature Must Look into the Aspect of Defamation in the Backdrop of Social Media Mania - 18.09.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that there is no proper punishment for defamatory statements and posters on Facebook, has stated that legislature must look into this aspect seriously, especially in the backdrop of this new era of technology and Social Media mania in existing in our society.
