SC Stays Kerala HC Order Directing State to Pay Annuity to Legal Heirs of Former Ruler - 18.09.2023

Supreme Court has stayed Kerala High Court order that directed State Government to pay annuity to the legal heirs of the Malayala Brahmin family and held that State is obligated to pay annuity on the basis of the agreement executed by the respondent’s family with the Travancore State.
