Ker. HC: Discrimination Against Hepatitis B or HIV Patients Not Allowed in Public Employment - 15.09.2023

Kerala High Court has observed that one can certainly not countenance, particularly in this age and time that a person be kept out of public employment solely because he is suffering from Hepatitis B or HIV infection as it militates against the collective conscience of the civilized world.
