Ker. HC: State must Protect Right to Privacy of HIV Patients Availing Government Schemes - 15.09.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that there can be no doubt about the requirement of maintenance of confidentiality of information related to HIV patients availing government schemes, has stated that it is not sufficient to just issue guidelines but also work on their implementation.
