SC to Delhi Police: Cases Against Persons Bursting Firecrackers Not the Solution - 15.09.2023

Supreme Court while observing that filing cases against persons bursting firecrackers may not be the solution as there is no point in taking action after the violation has occurred, has directed Delhi Police to find the source and take action so as to nip the issue in the bud.
