Guidelines for public issue of units of InvITs

MANU/SREG/0013/2016

The Securities and Exchange Board of India released guidelines for the public issue of units of infrastructure investment trusts.

As with other investments in securities market, the guidelines focus on disclosure and giving investors opportunities to make informed decisions.
