SC: Can’t Expect Excellence in Institutions When There is Constant Inflow and Outflow of Teachers - 14.09.2023

Supreme Court while expressing concerns at the National Law University, Jodhpur, operating only with contractual teachers, has observed that one cannot expect excellence in institutions where there is constant inflow and outflow of teaching staff because they are contractual in character.
