Del HC: Manufacturers Having Common Business Ownership Can Quote Only Single Bid for Tender - 14.09.2023

Delhi High Court has upheld the restriction on LPG gas cylinder manufacturers who have common business ownership from quoting only a single bid while applying in the tender, and observed that restrictions seek to prevent a single entity from monopolizing the market.
