SC: Bar Association Can’t Bring Judicial Working to a Standstill to Condole Lawyer's Death - 13.09.2023

Supreme Court while issuing notice to Odisha Bar Association for abstaining from court work citing the death of one of its members, has observed that unfortunate as the incident may be, this cannot bring judicial working to a standstill.
