Bom. HC: It is time to Bury the Pernicious Practice of Submitting Information ‘in Sealed Cover’ - 11.09.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that no litigant can disadvantage the opponent by squirrelling some information into the court record ‘in sealed cover’, has held that it is time to bury this thoroughly pernicious practice.
