Uttarakhand HC to State: Formulate the Tourism Development Plan - 11.09.2023

Uttarakhand High Court while observing that the policy of the State, in practice, appears to be only to commercialise the hills, without any emphasis on actual preservation and protection of the environment, has directed State to formulate the Tourism Development Plan.
