Raj. HC: Depriving a Woman of Employment Based on her Marital Status Violates Articles 14 and 16 - 08.09.2023

Rajasthan High Court has held that depriving a woman of public employment on the grounds of her being unmarried is violative of women’s right and therefore liable to be declared arbitrary and unconstitutional in Light Of Article 14 And 16 of Constitution.
