Mad. HC: Always Possible that there will be Divergent Views Regarding a Belief or an Ideology - 08.09.2023

Madras High Court has observed that in a democratic set up, it is always possible that there will be divergent views regarding an ideology and it is not possible to compel everybody to follow the same ideology and a person is entitled to have his reservations and opinions regarding an ideology.
