JKL HC: Militancy Fighters Not Eligible for Benefits Under Swantantrata Sainik Samman Pension Scheme - 07.09.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that only those persons who have participated in the National Freedom Struggle are eligible for benefits under Swantantrata Sainik Samman Pension Scheme 1980 and not persons who have fought against the militancy.
