Bom. HC to State: Consider Framing Policy for Festival Celebration as Per Capacity of Public Spaces - 07.09.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that celebrations of festivals must also evolve with the changing times and demographics of the city, has directed State to consider reframing policy for public celebration while taking into account limited capacity of public spaces.
