Del. HC: Heinous Crime Such as Acid Attack Causes Grave Psychological Trauma to the Victim - 06.09.2023

Delhi High Court has observed that heinous crime such as acid attack on a woman can evoke strong emotions in the society in addition to inflicting grave psychological trauma on the victim, and that in such situations and cases, court's role as a guardian of justice needs to come to the fore.
