SC Sets Aside Election Notification for LAHDC-Kargil - 06.09.2023

Supreme Court while observing that Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Party (JKNC) is entitled to use the 'plough' symbol, has set aside the election notification issued by Union Territory of Ladakh for the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) election in the Kargil region.
