Cal. HC to State: Ensure Implementation of RK Raghavan Committee Report’s on Ragging - 06.09.2023

Calcutta High Court has directed State to implement report of RK Raghavan Committee constituted in 2009 by the Supreme Court which recommended regular conduct of student elections, as well as constitution of anti-ragging committees and anti-ragging squads.
