Del HC: Must Look at Whole Married Life Instead of Few Incidents to Ascertain Acts of Mental Cruelty - 06.09.2023

Delhi High Court has held that while looking at acts of mental cruelty, the court must look at the married life as a whole and not merely a few isolated incidents, and wife filing an FIR alleging cruelty and dowry harassment without any cogent evidence is not sufficient to prove any allegation.
