SC: Substantial Question of Law Required to Appeal Against Order of Workmen’s Compensation Commission - 06.09.2023

Supreme Court has held that considering the objective of Employees Compensation Act, 1923 and the fact that Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner being the last authority on facts, the scope of an appeal against Commissioner’s order is limited only to substantial questions of law.
