Mad. HC: Continuance of Senthil Balaji as Minister w/o Portfolio Against Constitutional Ethos - 06.09.2023

Madras High Court while observing that continuance of V. Senthil Balaji as a Minister without Portfolio does not augur well with Principles of Constitutional ethos on goodness, good governance and purity in administration, has advised Chief Minister of the State to take the decision on the same.
