Ker. HC: Daily Wage Employee Entitled to Subsistence Allowance During Suspension - 05.09.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that a daily wage driver is an employee under Section 2(a) of the Kerala Payment of Subsistence Allowance Act, 1972, has held that he is entitled to subsistence allowance during suspension.
