Mad. HC: Order Allowing Extension of Remand is Appealable u/s 21 of NIA Act - 05.09.2023

Madras High Court while observing that order allowing prosecution’s application seeking extension of remand of accused is not an interlocutory order but a final order, has held that it is amenable to appeal under Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Act.
