All. HC to State: Include Retired Judge in SIT Probing Police Violence Against Advocates in Harpur - 05.09.2023

Allahabad High Court has directed State Government to include a retired judicial officer in SIT probing the incident of police violence against advocates in Harpur. This came after lawyers claimed that non-inclusion of any judicial officer in the SIT makes it "wholly one sided".
