CIC Rules, Cabinet Secretariat Can’t Deny to Disclose Details of Agenda - 16.05.2016

Central Information Commission (CIC) has ruled that Cabinet Secretariat can’t deny access to items on agenda of Cabinet after meeting is over under Right to Information Act.
