Mad. HC: Media Should Ascertain Truth Before Telecasting Allegations Against Reputed Personalities - 04.09.2023

Madras High Court while dismissing Zee Media’s Appeal in Defamation suit by MS Dhoni, has held that when an allegation is made against such a reputed international personality, the News Channel has to be cautious in telecasting news reports against such person.
