SC: Succession Issue to Mitakshara Coparcenary Property Continues to Raise its Head Time and Again - 04.09.2023

Supreme Court while observing that issue of succession to Mitakshara coparcenary continues to raise its head like an undying Hydra of Lerna, held that deceased coparcener’s share is deemed to be share that would have been allotted to him if a partition had taken place immediately before his death.
