SC: EPFO Employees Must Ensure Compliance with the Timelines Provided Under IBC - 01.09.2023

Supreme Court has held that Commissioner and employees of EPFO must take steps to ensure that there is compliance with timelines provided under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and in case there is dereliction of duty, action should be taken against erring employees in accordance with the law.
