All HC Waives Cooling Off Period for Divorce After Couples Enter into MoU Amicably - 31.08.2023

Allahabad High Court while waiving off cooling-off period for dissolution of marriage under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, observed that after entering a MoU amicably, legitimacy of an MOU between the parties out of their free will is not open to judicial scrutiny except on the ground of fraud.
