SC Refuses to Allow Plea Challenging 100% Quota for Locals in Medical Colleges in Telangana - 31.08.2023

Supreme Court has refused to allow petition challenging Telangana government’s policy of 100% reservation for locals in 'competent authority quota' in medical colleges established after June 2014 in view of a similar plea pending before the Telangana High Court.
