SC to AP HC: Consider Afresh Issues Regarding Online Rummy in Light of IT Amendment Rules 2023 - 31.08.2023

Supreme Court has directed Andhra Pradesh High Court look into all the issues afresh relating to online rummy, uninfluenced by findings recorded in its order, taking note of the amended rules, viz. Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2023.
